Q. 4 HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Ans.  For custom orders we reserve the right to agree with the customer a lead time. Usually 15-45 business / working days (delivery time is not included) depend on product, designs and quantity.

Q. 6 DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Ans. We do. All local taxes, GST or duties are billed by customs and are the responsibility of the customer.

Q. 7 DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Ans. Each piece is made to order. For this reason, returns and exchanges are not accepted for any reason other than manufacturing defects and shipping damage.  Damage claims must be reported within 72 hours of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt, as no claims can be made after this time. Damaged items may be exchanged or repaired after claims have been processed.

Ans.  Pre–Order items:  70% to adjudicate the work and remaining 30 % until 3 days before the expedition date. Maps wonders starts the production after 70% adjudication. In Stock items – Full payment.
